Ошибка Multiple registered torrents in one topic closed

Появилась вот такая ошибка когда заходишь в релиз, подскажите из-за чего ? Заранее спасибо.

Скорей всего несколько торрентов прикреплено к одной теме.

Сегодня такая ошибка появилось у одного из пользователей (он админ), но я когда захожу на данный релиз вижу нормальное описание. И нет двух торрентов в одной теме.
