1 torrent / 13x same user

Hello, look at this please, it is bug or what?

Yandex.Disk he is there 11x as leecher and 2x as seeder with diferrent IP and ports.

His profile Yandex.Disk you see there he download 10.91 gb and he is using only 1 IP from registration.

torrent have 3.77 GB and in profile he have 10.91 gb downloaded, it is ok? and IP from seeder and leecher is not same as in profile.

UPDATE, now i look after 2 hours 18x same user

He loaded another torrent tracker ".torrent" file, so that you can see that he Seeder and Leecher
